And because athletics begin at a very young age, we open our adult membership at the age of 14. Professional Equipment
At Prairie View Health & Recreation, we continuously updated our equipment to provide only the best strength building and cardiovascular products for our members. We features state-of-the-art equipment from leading brand names such as Trotter, Paramount, Maxicam, Tectrix, Lifecycle, and Precor. Our swimming pool is heated and chemically monitored throughout the day for your safety and well-being. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness pro, you're sure to find just the right machines for a tailored workout.

Recreational Opportunities
Fitness should be fun for everyone. If you're happier playing a sport than pumping iron in a gym, we offer outdoor tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts. Prairie View Health & Recreation even offers an indoor basketball and volleyball court. After you exercise, enjoy a whirlpool or sauna. And during summer months, our outdoor pools is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
Personalized Service
Prairie View Health & Recreation provides variety and challenge regardless of your age or physical capability. A complimentary orientation program on how to use our range of equipment is provided at the start of your membership. Whether your objective is fitness or wellness, we can help you set up a program to achieve your personal goals. Exercise on your own or work with one of our dedicated personal trainers.

Impeccable Maintenance
Our premises are bright and spacious. Cleanliness and maintenance are top priorities at Prairie View Health & Recreation. We offer clean, well-lit changing rooms with full-size lockers, as well as complimentary towel service and a wide range of daily-use toiletries.
Whether you're planning an informal meeting, or an elegant reception, Prairie View Health & Recreation's banquet facility is an inexpensive option. The main hall seats 70 guests and features a dance floor, cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and a fully-appointed kitchen for food preparation. Our TV lounge is appropriate for 25 guests.
