RPM Pins

Have you seen a fellow employee going above and beyond their normal duties?  

Perhaps you know of someone  who deserves a special pat on the back?

Let us know!

The RPM Pin Program was designed to help reward those members of the Cunat Dream Team who go the extra mile to help make a positive difference.  If you have seen a fellow employee exhibiting effort beyond what is normally expected, let them know by awarding them an RPM Pin.  There is no cost to you for the pin and there is no limit to the number of pins you can award.

Awarding an RPM Pin is EASY!  ANY employee in any department can award a pin.  Simply click on the e-mail address below and send us a note!  Be sure to include the following information:

• Your Name,
• The Name of the Employee to Receive the Pin,
• The Date
• A Brief Explanation of the Employee's Efforts,
• The Department (Recreation, Construction, Property Management, Sales, and the Main Office)

That's it!

The employee will receive their Cunat RPM Pin with their next paycheck.
