Praire View Health & Recreation Center
In addition to offering residents a premium experience in residential living, Cunat also strongly believes in providing the ultimate variety of options for their community members.  This includes offering membership at the Praire View Heath & Recreation Center, a world class fitness facility far and away considered to be an industry leader.  Facilities are located at Prairie View Apartments .  Residents are provided membership to the facility with their leasing contract.  Our facilities are also available to the public for a small fee. However, residents receive special benefits and services not available to those not enjoying residency at one of Cunat's premier communities.
