Cunat provides places to work as well as live and play, with a total of seven office complexes and commercial properties that feature our trademark quality construction and flexible design.

In addition to Elm Street Place in McHenry, we recently opened a bustling commercial complex in Lake in the Hills.  The Oak Street Center is a professional complex that provides two wings of office space, totaling over 30,000 square feet.  We are a joint owner of the Illinois State Bank of Lake in the Hills which anchors the center. Our leadership in this new full-service banking facility resulted in the venture tripling in size in its first year.

We are currently constructing an office condominium in Crystal Lake on Route 176 as well as a retail center in Spring Grove.  These new commercial properties are designed to accommodate various corporate arrangements - from start-up suites to branch office and national headquarters.

Because of our own corporate expansion, plans are underway for a new headquarters in the very near future. At Cunat, we believe there is always room to grow.
