The Cunat asset Acquisition and Management team is focused on acquiring new assets for the company. We operate each new property with the same set of standards and values that we have operated quality communities with for thirty years.
Our team of professionals has worked very hard to establish an outstanding reputation in each new business community we join. Our asset acquisition team understands the sensitivity of discussing potential transactions; they treat each new deal with the confidentiality and professionalism that is essential to all parties involved.
We are always looking for opportunities to add new properties to our multifamily portfolio. Primarily we are focused on purchasing assets of 100 units or more including large portfolios. We currently own properties in Northern Illinois, Cedar Rapids Iowa, and Nashville Tennessee. We are seeking opportunities in both markets that we have properties in, and new markets.

We are planning on starting an extensive rehabilitation of the property that will include many changes including a new state of the art community center with an indoor pool. We are excited to begin work on this project in early spring of 2007.
